Projects

Overview

Give me a challenge any day. Building on years of experience in diverse fields, I bring together a range of competencies to create effective communication and lead teams to success. Always, my goal is to present information and ideas in a way that meets organizational strategies and standards while speaking a language that the target audience understands.

I bring research, analysis, and management competencies to all my projects. Analyzing and improving a workflow process or attending to team structure and dynamics can support informational and instructional goals. A problem may have a "simple" solution ("we need a self-paced e-learning course," "the user guides need updating") or may have a complex solution ("performance is down in this department; we need an integrated solution that includes new software, a new workflow, and the learning and informational assets required to support that.)
